Parts and accessory orders are sent via 'Royal Mail 48 hour tracked for service'. This service is free for orders over £50.
Selected bikes are available for shipping and this will be indicated on the product information page. Bikes are sent via reputable couriers such as Paisley Freight and Parcel Force and tracking information will be provided when the bike is dispatched. For bike purchases, we require a couple of days from the date of order to prepare the bike, then carefully package it for shipping, so please factor this into your timescale expectations for delivery. Your bike will be fully prepped by our experienced, qualified mechanic and then carefully repacked for sending on to you. Some reassembly will be required by you before riding the bike. We’ll do everything we can to keep this to a minimum but it will usually involve refitting the front wheel and re-attaching handlebars and pedals. When we dispatch your bike to you we will send a link to a brief ‘how to’ showing you what’s required and made specifically for you and your bike. That’s online shopping with a personal touch!
